Dr Chimino took the time to listen to my concerns. He explained to me why I feel the way I do. He is a very smart Dr.

The care provider was wonderful. The LiveWell system not so much. Nagged me to update my medical information - I did so. Nagged me to update my medications - already done. But the updated information was not available to my provider. System insisted I be 20 minutes early. I then had to wait 20 minutes. So that is 40 wasted minutes. Further an hour before I was even supposed to arrive, Livewell was asking me to check in... are you here now? In 5 minutes? 10? Answer = NO, I am NOT showing up an hour early for my appointment. Overall, found Livewell very annoying for this appointment, first time i have not appreciated the app.

Dr. Chimino is an excellent health care provider. He listens and provides helpful direction to questions asks. He is a great listener and truly engages in constructive health discussions. I am happy to have Dr. Chimino as my primary care physician. He is a consummate professional!
