I would like to talk about the girl who checked me in at the front desk - I was running late since I had a very difficult time putting on my shoes and she came and told me since I was late she was pushing me back two patients due to me being late - extremely rude to me and should not be working at Advocate I see rudeness at the front desk quite often unfortunately when I come to see Dr. chimino - why? HE IS A GEM but not the front desk definitely not!!
