Have the office call if the wait will be more than an hour and either reschedule or have the patient come in later so you don't have to wait so long. I waited over an hour and I could have just come in an hour late.

I've been going to Dr Paukner for a long time and I like him and trust him with my health. He answers all my questions and talks so I understand everything. I would definitely recommend him.
