I'm a newer patient to Dr. Paukner and am extremely pleased with him. He genuinely takes time to listen and explain things to ensure I understand everything. The whole staff in the office (nurses, labs) are very nice and concerned with my health issues.

Have the office call if the wait will be more than an hour and either reschedule or have the patient come in later so you don't have to wait so long. I waited over an hour and I could have just come in an hour late.
