I felt the Doctor was interested in my health The nurse was also very good and easy to talk with.

I am very impressed with the amount of time Dr. Karas spent with me and how diligent he is in going over my records. i have given his name to several others.

The Advocate Medical Group facility at 350 Surryse Rd in Lake Zurich is supposed to have WiFi for guest/patient use. However, it does not work. You cannot connect to the internet. I have mentioned this several times but nothing changes. Please fix this.

First let me say I was a firefighter paramedic for ten years. I was a critical Care Nurse for nearly 30 years. I expect a great deal from all Care givers. I especially expect a great deal from doctors. I can tell you that this doc is the best of Primary Care Providers that i have seen in all of my years as a clinician as well as a whole lot more as a patient amd family member.
