Always being greeted positively by the office staff. The interest shown by the support staff and provider.

Dr. Karas and his entire staff were wonderful, friendly and really made me feel at ease. Dr. Karas has a great calming presence and was very thorough in address all of my concerns.

Dr. Karas was wonderful! He provided me some exercises to do for a knee injury and they immediately began to help by the end of the first day.

The annual physical examination is a lot less detailed than it has been in the past. The conversation was good however, the physical exam was primarily ears, eyes, nose, throat; listen to lungs. I definitely do not think it was due to the provider I believe that advocate healthcare has simplified the physical examination substantially. In the future, I will be looking for something more comprehensive to give me a better preventative plan.

The med assistant working with Dr Karas could work on being more empathetic with patients. I had an earlier first morning appointment, but was a few minutes late and she scolded me. This was my first time being seen in this location with the move of my provider to this location site. She went on to assume Dr Karas wouldn't fulfill my requests for my visit but he did. Dr Karas is wonderful.
