The office was running behind, which was not an issue for me but knowing their morning was crazy and running into their afternoon I was SO impressed by the fact that both the RN and Dr Pond made me feel as though I was their only patient. I let them know I appreciated not being rushed through.

Dr Pond is very professional and friendly. He made me feel very comfortable and calm about being in his care.

Dr Pond and his staff, Ashley are very professional yet caring! Always make me feel welcome and never rush through explanations or care planning.

I was asked to go to PT to help improve my progress and return in two weeks to see if I had any improvement. Unfortunately the PT department did not have any openings until after my next appointment with Dr. Pond. Which was very frustrating to me.....it seems Aurora needs to hire more physical therapists.

Dr Pond is an amazing and caring doctor. Professional, polite, and attentive.

Dr. Pond is the kindest, most knowledgeable. professional physician. I would not trust anyone else with my spine. His expertise allows me to make decisions on my spine health. There is not another doctor like him, in my opinion. I am blessed to have him on my medical team.

The care here is great

Dr. Pond was an excellent listener. He thoroughly explained what the problems with my back are and told me what to watch for to know when to come in for further treatment. He was extremely professional and kind and understanding and took a lot of time to explain things and answer my questions. I feel very grateful that he is serving our community.
