Dr. Pond was caring and had an excellent bed side manner pre and post op surgery. Answered all of my questions. He is always very pleasant.....

I have felt very comfortable talking with Dr. Pond. In addition to being an excellent surgeon he was very kind and personable. He took the time to listen to my concerns as well talking to me in terms I could understand. His office staff were very helpful.

Dr Pond's smile, easy conversational manner and eye contact immediately made me comfortable. I really appreciated him showing me the MRI and explaining it validating the pain I've had for over a year. It was clear he loves what he does.

Dr Pond is one of the kindest doctors I've had but I was disappointed he wasn't more prepared for my appointment with review of test results over the last 90 days. Didn't seem to have an answer to my symptoms other than wasn't necessarily related to my back but didn't really give me recommendations of where to go next. I am following up with my PCP.
