After visit report said to schedule another visit one year out. Check-out clerk when I asked about scheduling another visit she said "no". Would have preferred scheduling it right away.

The doctor, his nurses, and the office staff are all very nice and helpful.

When I went to pick up my prescription at the pharmacy they told me the insurance had rejected it. I half expected to hear from the doctors office to find out what the next step would be. Does he have a different prescription that does the same thing that the insurance would cover or what????

I was seen in a timely manner, the MA was polite and asked appropriate questions. Dr. Bonchak was kind, supportive, interested in what I had to say and provided information and care as appropriate.

I very much appreciated his attentiveness.

Good visit now just have to wait for my blood work to come out
