The office receptionist is not very personable or friendly, so doesn't make you feel welcome.

Not our normal provider. Our initial appointment was canceled and we had to reschedule. I waited 10 minutes on hold to be disconnected when transferring to a receptionist. Called back and phone call was 15:15 minutes to learn that our regular dermatologist had NO appointments for rescheduling available. A message was sent to RN asking for opinions for medications and lab work. Was told it could take 1-3!days for a response. Luckily the RN called that afternoon with an option to see a different provider. That provider spent 2 minutes with my child. My husband and son were walking out of the building 6 minutes after they were called into the exam room. They totally felt rushed through the visit

The only thing that is confusing is what numbers to call to make appointments at which offices: A main number? A particular clinic? Website? App? In network insurance? Out of network insurance? Different providers, different clinics. It can all be really confusing.
