My only concern is that I pay my bill every time as I'm leaving my appointment, and I still get another bill for additional payment sent to me even though I've been told I paid in full.

The nurse was extremely hard to understand. There was difficulty just communicating with her. When I checked out, the gal said the doctor wanted to see me again in 6 months. I said no, he wants to see me in 8 to 10 weeks. She said no, it says 6 months. I again said the doctor said 8 to 10 weeks to check a spot he circled and photo'd on my stomach. We scheduled an appointment for 10 weeks. I came home and looked at the after visit summary (all other doctors offices offer to print them before I leave, she did not - I keep them in a 3 ring binder and occasionally have need to review them). The after visit summary says to follow-up on 6 months - which is incorrect.

Dr. B is very efficient, pleasant and informative.

Dr. Bonchak is not only very knowledgeable but also very personable.

Dr. Bonchak and his assistant are wonderful. Both listened carefully and provided self care options for everyday living. I would not hesitate to contact them for any further information or questions.

This was my first visit and i was very pleased with everything.
