Aurora is lucky to have a physician as caring and skilled as Dr. Pentala. I always feel that I am very well taken care of and all of my concerns are addressed.

Dr. Pentala is very competent, listens well, and gives good advice.

Unfortunately doctor was running late to appointment. She spends plenty of time with patients which I appreciate and understand and emergencies arrive day of that can cause delays. However 30 minutes past appt time to be be seen is a delay and affects the patient as well as the physician/staff. One must be considerate of everyone's time and schedule.

Dr. Pentala always answers questions and is a kind and considerate physician. I am happy she is my primary care physician.

Highly recommended. Did not feel rushed. So friendly wand warm demeanor.

My appointment must have been at a particularly busy time. I was seen by the doctor more than half an hour after my scheduled time. I know delays happen, but I thought this was a bit excessive.
