It's this doctor's STAFF that is so incompetent. And surly and rude. And uneducated. Not the doctor. Dr. Pentala is good.

I love dr Pentala. She always treats me as an equal, never talks down or me, explains everything clearly. Encourages me to take better care of myself and follows up with me when needed. Her nurses are also friendly and explain procedures to me. The entire office is always friendly and very efficient.
