Very pleasant , good listener, thorough with explanations, and examination.

The lady at the front desk was very rude at check out.

Dr. Pentala is a fantastic physician, very caring and always makes time for her patients. While this is absolutely no reflection on her as a physician, it was evident that she is overbooked with patients since Aurora merged with Advocate. Again, not a reflection on her but a problem with the Aurora system
