I have the upmost respect and appreciation for Dr. Pentala, my provider. She is knowledgeable and has a unique manner which gives her patients the feeling that they are her only concern....never rushes!!!

I very caring experience

People at the check in desk could have been more friendly and welcoming. Also I was told that I needed lab work after my apt. with the doctor, so I let them know and I waited in the office lobby. After about 10 min. I went up to the desk to ask if anyone in the lab knew I was here. The gal said Oh yeah we only have one person back there. She then went to check. Came back and said that person was on the phone/it would be just a little more of a wait. I waited about 10 more minutes and nothing. THEN they announced if anyone would like to go downstairs to the ACL building because they did not know what was going on and there were more techs at that site. So... I left to go to the other lab. I did say that I wished they would have let us know that right away so I did not wait for 20/30 minutes!
