Due to Weather conditions-ramp closures, stop and go traffic , I was late for my appointment. I called the office to let them know. Dr Pentala was very nice to see me when I arrived. She didn't rush through the appointment. She was very thorough. I'm so happy to have her for my primary care doctor.
