People at the check in desk could have been more friendly and welcoming. Also I was told that I needed lab work after my apt. with the doctor, so I let them know and I waited in the office lobby. After about 10 min. I went up to the desk to ask if anyone in the lab knew I was here. The gal said Oh yeah we only have one person back there. She then went to check. Came back and said that person was on the phone/it would be just a little more of a wait. I waited about 10 more minutes and nothing. THEN they announced if anyone would like to go downstairs to the ACL building because they did not know what was going on and there were more techs at that site. So... I left to go to the other lab. I did say that I wished they would have let us know that right away so I did not wait for 20/30 minutes!

It was nice to meet the Dr. I had to wait since last fall to be seen because I am a new patient.

Dr Pentala is an excellent provider! She is very caring and intelligent!

My primary physician and staff are extremely caring and compassionate. I recently lost my sister and am currently a caregiver for my husband. My doctor has helped me through some difficult times as well as taking care of my health.
