Dr. For got to refill some of my medicine. Now I am trying to get a hold of someone. To get the rest of my refills. I don't know how they missed them. I talked to the Dr. he said ok. I guess ok means someone else then. Sure I'll get those refilled for you. Hopefully I don't have to go in again to see him, and pay another copay. This is not good practice, sorry to say.
This was my initial appointment with Dr. Lopez and I was extremely pleased. I began receiving my healthcare services through Aurora about a year and a half ago. Every physician, nurse, MA, PA, and technician with whom I have had contact has been wonderfully kind, knowledgable and helpful. As a retired healthcare provider myself, I know that this happens only because the system they work in is supportive of them. Keep up the good work Aurora!

I believe Dr. Lopez is knowledgeable about healthcare and thoroughly applies it to my own health. He provides his recommendations based on my health history and individualizes my needs. I feel that I am in great hands and appreciate his overall professional insight. I would agree that he truly cares about his patients.

I need to go to ear dr. Having a problem and ant get an appointment! Phone system bad wait 10-12 minutes and still get no help or answers
This was for a new doctor, I will be switching to him. He was recommended to me by a friend, I like his background education and seems very knowledgeable.
