He's very knowledgeable always explain my x-rays or tests that I take lessons when I have complaints or problems and explaining where I can totally understand. I definitely would not change him. I love him as my pulmonary doctor

It was my first time in the clinic and with this doctor. Apparently my former clinic had not forwarded my records as requested. I'm still waiting for my oxygen supplier to contact me (as the doctor indicated) so that I can have a portable supply.

Dr. Joel Niebuhr was referred by my PCP in Racine, I am so happy he did as He is excellent !!!
