Dr. Niebuhr is one of the best and most prepared and emphatic doctors I've had the privilege to be able to get as my pulmonary doctor. If you had many more like him you would be doing absolutely marvelous. I would recommend him to others and as a matter of fact I have and they go to him also and feel the same as I do.
