Dr Zhang and his entire staff were amazing. From checking in and and being seen by nurse were very efficient and friendly. Love this team of health care professionals

Appt was cancelled due to emergency for the doc. Office staff was rude when I called to reschedule, said they "had to reschedule over 80 patients" and were unable to even commit to calling me back if med was going to be refilled or not. No apology was ever offered, I really had to press to get an appt time-only one time was offered. Dr Zhang is great-hard to say the staff for his staff

I was asked to be there at 7:15 and was, promptly, for a 7:30 am appt. I had to ask the desk at 7/40 if doc was in. They showed me in, and I was asked a few perfunctory questions that were likely answered in my record. I asked the nurse if as Long as I was in whether the doc would look at my whole body. Not without another full charge I was told. This was a follow up visit. "Even though it would take less than 5 minutes?" I asked. Yup. Doc took 3-5 minutes to look at the frozen spot and my head. Asked if I had any questions. I did not. He told me to schedule again for a year out and left. I can't wait to see what I will be charged for that. I think I want to be a dermatologist !
