Dr. Zhang is amazing! Very kind, caring and thorough. I felt that every concern I had was addressed and things were explained so I knew what I needed to know. All of his staff is super kind and helpful. I'm glad I finally found a dermatologist that doesn't dismiss concerns.
It was my first time seeing this dermatologist (specialist) so the question about 6 mos ago doesn't relate to him. I do feel that in the last year the doctors at Aurora are being asked to rush through their appointments and I'm disappointed with that.

From checking in to the physician everyone was helpful.
I don't feel like the doctor listened to me. He basically gave us the same advice and prescribed the same Rx that I told him we already tried. Waste of time & money.

Great experience. Felt my needs as a patient were completely addressed and then some. I wish all doctors were like him. I felt my health and health concerns mattered and were important to him. All options were addressed and completely explained. I left knowing exactly what my health plan was and why.
