I wished I had an opportunity to refuse the visit with the other person attending with Jill. The other person didn't ask my permission this visit and I really needed the rapport that I have developed with Jill to discuss what I came for. The other lady was more concerned if her hair and outfit looked nice in the mirror than helping me with my concerns. As always, talking with Jill about the things I need covered comes easier for me.

All staff top notch. The front desk person that checked me in/out was super sweet and very helpful. The nurse was very efficient. The provider was worth the drive! She actually listened to my concerns and didn't make me feel rushed. Answered questions I had and worked with me. The NP student did a great job and also listened well to my concerns. Even the lab girl was on point, one poke and done! Overall the best medical appointment I have ever had. Switching over to the Aurora healthcare system is proving to be the best choice I've made. After hearing me rave about my experience my husband is also wanting to establish care at this clinic!

My provider, Jill Witte, along with her staff are wonderful. Aurora's phone and appointment system is horrible. Your company in general is limiting the abilities of your medical providers and staff to give the highest quality of care as they have been trained to do.
