I've seen Jill in the past when she worked in Shawano and also in Pulaski and have always thought she was knowledgeable, understanding and kind. She listens and takes the time needed with you. I actually requested to see her when I made the appt.
I just find that provides these days are not what they use to be . They seem to blow off important questions and they also don't get to the root of the problem .

My first visit was yesterday and, understandably, she wasn't able to access them, otherwise I would have answered yes, definitely. Also, it was the first visit, I'm sure within 6 months she will cover health choices and care. Thats the reason I gave a lower rating as we haven't gotten to my full medical record. Overall I would have liked giving her a high rating for everything.
