The woman that brought me to the exam room was so very nice. She made me feel comfortable right away, & was so friendly to talk to. She reminded of how things used to be - being treated with kindness, respect, compassion & genuine concern for me - the patient. Kudos to her!

I was only seen for an ultra sound and EKG. Therefore, the tech really wasnt a person that i was going to discuss my history with. Nor was she expected to provide information to me about my scan. My answers reflect this information. She was great and friendly and explained what I was seeing on the monitor.
