It takes too long for the receptionist to schedule the next appointment- 10-15 min. I feel is too long. She had to confide in the other receptionist for help.

My doctor listened carefully to all of my symptoms going on looked at my history, did an exam explained to me very thoroughly in understandable terms what was going on, the different procedures available answered any questions I had regarding them so that when I made my final decision on how to go forward, I felt very comfortable.

She was very caring and explained everything and also ordered my eye drops which I had run out off.

I feel that my care is always very comprehensive, informative and friendly. I like the Dr. and Tech. I never have to wait.
