Jessica ROCKS!!!

Only down fall was telling to be there 15 minutes before my appointment, which I was my appointment was for 8 am did not get to exam until 8:10 I watch both doctor and nurse walk in at 8. Why is the patient to be there early if the providers are not even in the building. Then I waited another 7 minutes for the provided to come in. Staff was not very friendly no one smiled. My time is just as valuable as the provider maybe they should pay us for our time when we have to sit and wait. My appointment was the first one of the day no reason for the providers to be late.

My gastro provider went above and beyond any other provider i have ever met with in every way. She thoroughly explained all options of procedures and medications. She took her time in doing so and making sure I understood and answered all my questions also in a way i understood. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Very happy to be a new client. I am hopeful she will be able to provide me with answers I have been seeking regarding my health issues.

I was unable to find the after visit notes or summary in the live well app. because all the after visit notes were from my doctors. How do I find the after visit notes from my nurse practitioner?
