The front desk lady was unnecessarily rude during the check in process. Please evaluate her because it made me upset at how she was treating people.

Jessica is very thorough..She explained everything that she read from my blood work. & Made changes to my meds ...very detailed...asked if I had any questions...also said she will continue to follow all my blood work & if I had any questions to give her a call. Definitely A 10 +

Very knowledgeable. Took into account medications that may have causing or adding to my issue. Addressed my issue and potential solution(s) as a specialist should.

The first appointment wasn't as good as I thought it should be. But with my issues going on things were better. The issue I had was we kept trying things, meds, no eating, drinking of certain things, and the problems continued. We then setup last appointment and I feel this will be better.
