We are so lucky to have dr Thomas and can't imagine another doctor. I hope aurora treats her well, is grateful for her, and knows her worth. Her patients absolutely love her.

Trying to use the LiveWell app I could not see the boys information from the doctor's visit. It was explained to me that 13 and above parents cannot access their child's medical information. I believe this is an unbelievable suppression of parents rights to access information! I was present, I know what was said, so why can I not see the relative documentation is beyond me.

Dr Thomas and her staff are wonderful. Very happy with them.

The appointment scheduling center did not schedule the type of appointment that I asked for. I asked for a wellness visit and they scheduled a follow up visit. The scheduling center also told me that the provider goes to a different location and she does not.

We Love Dr Thomas! We appreciate her approach to Medicine and love that she considers his history for any kind of treatment. She is also very responsive over the LiveWell app.

We absolutely love Dr. Thomas, however her nurse is very unpleasant.

I love Dr. Jen for both my kids. She's very knowledgeable but also very respectful of my choices as a parent.

My baby had jet lag and was crying and scared of the complete new environment as she was in Nepal with her grandparents before. Another healthcare professionals (I think MA) was not communicating well with us and rushing to finish her duty. Our baby was crying and it was hard to listen to that MA that's why We were so stressed and she was asking us questions over questions without giving us proper time. Overall our experience with this appointment was not good.
