We moved recently and are new to Dr. Thomas. She has been wonderful and we really enjoy seeing her. She has been available every time we have needed to see her and she has given us referrals when needed them.
We love Dr. Jen! She really cares about our child and the family as a whole. She is very knowledgeable and provides excellent care.
Dr Thomas was absolutely wonderful
Dr Thomas is a wonderful pediatrician. She makes me feel empowered as a parent and my daughter loves her.
As always, Dr Jen and staff provide thoughtful solutions to middle school problems. Give them all raises, please.
Every visit with Dr. Thomas, My husband and I feel reassured that we have picked the right pediatrician for our family. She is knowledgeable, approachable, listens well to her patients, and makes visits comfortable and pleasant. Our nurse has also always been very friendly, and explains things concisely.
Good job
We loved Dr Thomas when my two children were small, but in the last few years, her bedside manner is lacking. There is a reason our visits with Dr Thomas have slowly stopped and have become less frequent. After the way Dr Thomas handled herself yesterday, we will be finding a new physician.
Working with our provider directly has been great. However the 24 hour call service has not been great. Call backs with an on call nurse have been less than timely. If I call a daytime nurse that works directly with Jennifer Thomas I get a call bavk quickly. If I call the night time 24 hr nurse I will get a call back between 5 and 8 hours after the initial call. At that point it is pointless and I might have gone to the ER for no reason or not have gone when I should have. To be clear Jennifer Thomas is fantastic but the emergency line is trash!
