I saw the nurse first and wanted to express my happiness with her knowledge, willing to help me with getting appointments sooner, her kindness and her overall personality on the job. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Dr. Lo is an amazing doctor who also is very thorough, kind and makes me feel assured, and informed of my health and needs.
