Dr. Lo took extra time to talk with me and write a prescription for a health issue unrelated but important to the reason I had the appointment in the first place. And the medication is doing the job! Dr. Lo is an empathetic listener and gives positive advice. The nurse who performed my EKG was very polite and considerate.

I had to wait to get checked in because the wifi just kept spinning. I didn't know and wasn't told that once I enter the building I couldn't check in from my phone. I'm not upset that I had to wait, I just wish it could be rotated in the Livewell app as a reminder. Thx

Dr. Jennifer Lo and her team are very knowledgeable, kind, caring and professional.

Dr Lo makes me feel like I'm her only patient! She explains everything to me and listens to me whether it's concerns or questions. Her nurses are wonderful too.
