I was supposed to have a bone density scan today and was told not to take my calcium or multi-vitamin 24 hours before the test, so I didn't take them. When I was taken back for the scan the technician asked about the calcium and multi-vitamin and she also asked about my vitamin D supplement. I told her I had not taken the calcium or multi-vitamin but I had taken my vitamin D because no one told me not to and it wasn't in the instructions I received. I was told they could not do the scan, so I will be going back tomorrow for the rescheduled scan.

The whole appointment was professional, timely, and welcoming from my check in at the front desk to my meeting with Jennifer who I can't speak highly enough of for her knowledge and demeanor and "bedside" manner !!!!
