The appointment was supposed to be in person. After three separate reschedules, it was moved to phone. I was told that I could schedule additional procedures while I was with the doctor, but by the time the consult occurred, I was then told the doctor was all booked up and could only do the one procedure. Further, because it was an audio phone call and not an in person visit, the caregiver could not look at my other skin conditions and even provide any guidance at all. This was a really disappointing experience.
I will be back for minor surgery. Thanks to the secretary for scheduling my two different doctor appointments on the same day. Saves me much trouble with winter driving.
