Jen was very professional and explained everything thoroughly as she did the procedure. She took her time with me and I appreciate that.

Pre-Op appointment. Everything was explained very clearly and easy to understand. It helped to relieve some of the anxieties I was having about the surgery, knowing step by step what would be happening. My only concern was the MA who roomed - Needs a refresher on how to take blood pressures.
