The fact that she worked me in and the PSR was open to that was awesome. Clinicians only taking people at appointed times is so 1970s. Every doc should take 2-3 walk in or work ins a day at least. Props to her PSR for feeling safe enough to suggest it, normally the docs hammer the PSRs for that suggestion.

I questioned the meaning of the test results on LiveWell. Jen took my questions seriously, read the LiceWell site, and agreed that the text meant what I thought it meant. By the time the surgeon excised the basal cell, there was nothing there, most likely removed by the initial biopsy.

Jennifer explained the procedure so I could understand it, listened, showed me issues I might have, I left knowing I am in good care and will have a successful surgery and recovery. Very professional and caring, outstsnding. Thank you !!
