Dr. MacGaffey took time to thoughtfully answer all my questions.
Dr Macgaffey is a great doctor she explains things when you have questions and take the time to ensure you are comfortable and understand what she is saying. I had to wait just a little longer than normal but this is understandable periodically. Overall, she is an excellent doctor.
People at the front desk should speak more clearly. Update the place, chairs look soiled, washed my clothes when I got home. Think medical offices etc. should sparkle. My doctor is the only reason we still go here. The wait was reasonable and the people friendly. Wish the visit here left a better impression.
Dr. MacGaffey has always been very thorough and caring. I am very, very, happy to be back in her care after five plus year absence. I would and have recommended her to my friends and family.

If I am the first appointment at 8 AM, why do I not see the doctor until almost 8:30?
Dr. Macgaffey is an amazing Doctor Who truly cares and works to provide the best preventative and current health Objectives. She is very organized and detailed in her work which allows everybody to know exactly what is going on and what is necessary in her absence. She definitely believes in her patients well being in ongoing care. Because of all this her visits are usually quite lengthy and sometimes just a little overwhelming. I'm not sure how she can change that and still be as awesome as she is but if there is a way that would be great. It's difficult when you are working to get to the doctor and be able to have at least two hours available to do such.That is the only difficulty that I have relative to her care. I hope this helps!
