Nursing staff (individual who checked vitals, etc) was abrupt, never smiled, seemed unhappy. This individual did not attempt to build rapport or present as pleasant.

Dr. Crane is thorough and very understanding. She is very easy to talk to.

Always a great experience with doctor Crane appointments. Her nurse does a great job completing the pre-checks before doctor Crane comes in.
