Dr. Crane has been my primary care provider for majority of my life and she is lovely. I would suggest her to more people except I don't want her to have no room in her already busy schedule. The nurse who took my information before Dr. Crane was clearly new and needs some practice with patients. She was quite pushy about me getting a Pap smear during my visit and despite me explaining that I would discuss with the doctor she continued to push it. She was also judgmental when taking some of my history and I was glad when she left and I could have a better experience with my doctor.

Dr. Crane does such a good job of explaining things, and helps me feel comfortable enough to ask sensitive questions.
