LiveWell app needs to have the suite # listed in the address. The practice moved to the main Kenosha Aurora health complex, but no where in the app or other communications did the suite number appear. Having the suite number would make it much easier to find providers when they move to a larger facility.

Jennifer Albert is one of the most caring and considerate providers who takes her time with patients which is valuable. I can be open with her about my concerns and I know she cares and she goes above and beyond for her patients. There are few providers like her.
