Jen Albert is the best provider I've ever encountered at Aurora. She is so pleasant and always in a good mood. She's timely; I've never had to wait in the waiting room or the exam room for a long time. Her demeanor and genuine, caring attitude makes it easy to talk to her about sensitive, uncomfortable topics. I feel like I could tell her any health concerns and she would answer professionally with no judgment. I trust her. She knows my history which makes me feel like she cares about me as a person, not just an appointment to get through. She does an amazing job listening and not rushing. And the fact she does that while also not having long wait times is truly something to commend. Usually those two things don't happen at the same time. She deserves the utmost praise. I can't say enough good things about her.
