Thank you for letting us mitigate her symptoms at the end of our session with Dr. Sroka. It was such a relief to get guidance and medicine to help her feel better before we left.

Just that it is always an hour wait pass our appointment time. We get checked in with the the front desk 10 minutes before our appointment, the nurse doesn't see us until 15-20 minutes past, then wait another 30-40 minutes for the md to finally see us.

The nurses are kind of awkward and looks that they get bothered with other siblings or if baby if not cooperating,not the kind of nurses that need to be on a pediatric office

I feel extremely lucky to have Dr.Sroka as my child's pediatrician. He is the most efficient, knowledgeable and caring doctor I've seen. I have referred a lot of my friends and family members to him and they too love their experience with him.

Second time I've waited 45 minutes in lobby and 20 minutes in room to be seen. Would a patient be allowed to be 60 minutes late for an appointment ? Also no acknowledgement by any of staff about how late. Not acceptable

The Dr Sroka was wonderful. Give him a raise. Whenever he had to touch my daughter to listen to her lungs etc he explained it before he did it which is really nice so thank you. She wasn't scared and was comfortable.

Dr. Sroka is my favorite pediatrician and we've seen many.

Dr Sroka is such a great asset to your company. His bedside manner is amazing especially with a very shy child.
