Dr. Sroka and all of his staff always give the absolute best care to my son.

My son's appointment was at 4pm. We were at the office and checked in by 3:30! We were not even called back to a room until after 4:30pm, 1/2 hour after his appointment was supposed to start. No one came out and said anything about the time. There is no note saying the appointments are running late. You guys wasted almost an hour of my time. It's very frustrating. You ask us to be early but have no decency to say you are running late or apologize for the delay. Not cool.

Dr. Sroka has been my children's doctor since they have been born. He is such a dedicated, knowledgeable, patient and kind doctor. Dr. Sroka always takes his time with my children during his appointments. Thank you!

Dr Sroka is the best! Never makes you feel rushed, explains everything clearly.

Dr. Sroka is wonderful, and we are so lucky to have him. He never rushes through the appointment and takes his time to answer all questions. He is always patient and really listens to any concerns we may have. He is always worth the wait!

To start, waiting in an exam room for an hour to be seen with an active toddler was a bit much. I am sure things come up where schedules get behind and I try to be considerate about that but gosh! An hour! In addition, the nurse who took my son's finger prick blood and gave him his vaccines was a bit hard to handle. She poked one finger and didn't see immediate blood so reached to grab another prick device when I noticed his finger bleeding so suggested it worked but she insisted she needed to do another one. She poked him again and then didn't have the little slide to collect the blood and had to physically leave the room to find one while I was holding my son's hand still as he was screaming. It was a bit traumatizing the whole thing. The vaccines looked a little rough though I'm sure it's probably not easy administering shots to babies like that... just felt like bedside manner could have been a bit better. Did not see the Doctor wash his hands coming into the office or before examining my son. His fingers went to his mouth too with no gloves. Don't think I was registering this as we were there, just hindsight. Needless to say it wasn't exactly a great visit for us this time around!

We loooove Dr. Sroka! So patient and kind we never feel rushed and he explains everything thoroughly, such a great pediatrician!

Dr Sroka and his team are so kind and welcoming. They know our children and have a great connection with them. My kids feel safe in their care.

This was my first time at advocate with my daughter. I have nothing but great things to say!!!! Your team is amazing.

Dr. Sroka is a wonderful doctor. He explains things so well and is clearly a constant student of medicine as he references studies at just about every visit. I just recommended him to a friend this morning. I so appreciate that he gives so much time to his patients. He never acts rushed which is so refreshing and appreciated! Thank you, Dr. Sroka!
