NP Jeanette Kalupa is very knowledgeable as well as being personable. She listens to, and answers my questions. I highly recommend her.
Primary care providers are not parents nor are they pastors, I take my children to them for medical treatment and/or advice only. I wish they would stay in that lane
I don't care for changes aurora is making with shortening times & making something my provider could do before now I must see a specialist. Feels like it's all about the money with Aurora. This is not about my provider - she is professional & helpful.

Her bedside manner is rude, she makes you feel like you are wasting her time.... I know she knows her job, but it doesn't come across very well.
