My doctor and staff were great. I believe it is time to do away with your mask policy for your staff and customers. I am not a doctor, but I do know breathing in your toxic breath is not good and it is not healthy. It has been proven that masks never did prevent the spread of Covid. In the long run this will end up making your staff wearing these masks 8 hours a day sicker and unhealthy. Thanks!

Ms Kalupa and her MA, as well as the PSRs have been very professional. Ms Kalupa's MA has mastered having a conversation with you and charting at the same time, which is a much needed skill in today's fast speed healthcare. She is also very kind and detailed oriented. Ms Kalupa has been very professional and yet, kind. She made me feel important, and did not forget to congratulate and cheer me on even my slightest achievements. As much as healthcare professionals today are being pressured on providing numbers, Ms Kalupa's team made me feel I was their one and only patient for the day. Thank you for taking care of me.

I met with Jeanette, for the second time. She listened to my concerns and I did not feel she was forcing me to see her suggestions as the only option for me to pick. I look forward to having her as my primary care provider. I did not feel rushed at this appointment. A suggestion that I have is to blend my heath records from different providers at a future visit. I do not know how to do that.
