The nurse did an awesome job giving me the flu shot and taking my blood for lab work.
If Janelle Schaal wasn't there, I would find someone else, not the Dr.
It seems the Aurora system makes it very difficult to actually speak with provider when I need help - I don't see rerouting my call from local clinic to central operator as very effective
So happy to have Janelle to count on!!!!
