It was a pleasure on my first visit with Janelle Schaal, I had just moved to the area and was in need of a new physician, she was very professional and informative, she has a great personality and you should be very proud to have such a great asset to your Aurora Team.

I left there totally frustrated and left thinking what to do now. She was not at all concerned about issues I am having her idea is to pass me of to this specialist or that specialist and because she doesn't like something then we just stop doing it without helping . I don't think I will continue seeing her
