Excellent physician!

He is very easy to talk to and I know from past experiences he is a great surgeon

I have seen Dr. Jacobs-El since 2010 and will continue as long as he's here. He's an amazing doctor and person.

Staff is very attentive and caring. They go out of their way to be helpful.

My knee replacement recovery has gone very well. It's so good to walk without pain.

So sad Doctor Jacobs-El is retiring he is awesome. I have and have had alot of doctors he is the best-my favorite. Heart broken for me but so very happy for him.

Provider and his MA were both professional yet warm, welcoming and good listeners. The provider had ordered an x-ray to be done on the affected area before seeing me, which was efficient and allowed him to incorporate those findings into his diagnosis and care plan.

Dr. Jacobs is a passionate professional , I had a visit with him a while back and all his advice benefit me.Looking foreward to the surgery and the end of my struggle.

He is a great asset to your group, he is very conscientious,caring and doing a yo man service to the community. It's bad he is only there a week in a month, that too once a month in Downers Grove office.
