I have the utmost faith in Dr. Jacobs-El. The negative side was that my appt. was nearly 1 1/2 hours late. I did mind but understood that he was busy. If I truly needed his attention, I know I would have it no matter what the time and I don't begrudge those who needed him to be taken care of first...

Dr. Jacobs-El gave me very compassionate attention. I initially went to the wrong location. The receptionist at the Highland location phoned the Naperville location and both were so gracious in understanding my mistake and doing all they could to make sure I could still see Dr. Jacobs-El. I'm very grateful for all their work since the reason for my appointment was to discuss surgery to relieve a great deal of pain I've been experiencing. Having to delay my appointment would have been painful. Everyone I interacted with was kind and gracious and understanding.

Great Doctor And Staff!!!

Dr. Jacobs-el was the original Dr. Who did my surgery 7 or 8 yrs. Ago. He show us my MRI so we could see the problem. He explains things perfectly.. I'm sorry to see him leave Advocate. I'll be seeing him in 3 months.

Dr. Jacobs-El is awesome as are his staff at both of his offices
