Dr. Santarelli is one of the best doctors that I have had the honor of being a patient of...I don't know what is going on with me, and your My Aurora and it's ability to understand just doesn't work for me...Doc doesn't have time to look over Everything and explain what all this stuff means, hard enough to get into the chart...I am still afraid to take the medication and I still have no clue why I would have pneumonia and if it's gone...no calls about results...I hate leaving the house and I don't like being touched ...I am scared of everything...be nice to have regular phone conversations with him...I am completely illiterate on computer and I have no help now that my daughter in law died ...can we find a different way...NO HOSPITAL...they scare me worse...COVID AND JUST DESEASES IN GENERAL.....thank you

I was treated with respect and care. Everyone I was in contact with were very friendly and helpful. Dr Santarelli has taken great care of me over the years and has always been spot on with treatment plans. During all of my visits everyone has treated me as if I were the most important person there.
Dr. Santarelli knew exactly how to treat what was wrong with me. (Pulled/ inflamed muscle.) Prescribed appropriate medicine and I got almost immediate relief
